Pan Asia Black MasterCard Credit Card: Eligibility
The bank has two basic requirements. You must have a permanent monthly income of Rs.60,000 or more, and be between 20 and 60 years of age.

Then go to the branch with the completed application form and a copy of NIC or a valid passport or driver’s license.

The bank will also need a recent utility bill as proof of your residential address. If you are self-employed, you’ll also have to submit a certificate of your business registration, and a letter from the auditor confirming your annual income.
